Welcome to the fitafter50 training section!

Over the coming weeks, we will be adding in news, information and further links to help inspire and motivate you, in 3 main sections:

  1. Training News and Programmes : Finding and sharing the latest news, research and information.

    We are writing articles to help people clarify and set goals, and then how you can develop a suitable training programme.
    In the future, we are looking at creating articles and information that is more specifically focussed on our age group.

2. Training Videos : We have just set up our dedicated YouTube channel and we are now busy producing our first set of demonstration videos.

3. Nutrition Planning : We are currently writing a full client workbook that covers nutrition planning, understanding and breaking habits, planning your diet and meals.

 We are going to be testing this out ourselves and will tell you all about it!
