Welcome to Fit After 50

This year I'm 50 and I'm grumpy about it!

I don’t want to be old, I don’t want to be slowing down, and I want to continue to grow and develop.

I’ve been lucky to have spent most of my life playing sports and taking part in events and activities, and I want to continue to do so.

If you are over 50 and looking for a challenge, an event, or an activity to inspire you then this website is here to help.
We aim to provide a summary of research and information to help people over the age of 50 get age relevant and related information about exercise and challenging events  - suitable for both true competitors and those just wishing to complete a challenge.
