What did my initial consultation tell me?
I sat down with myself and went through my goal setting.
I was pretty clear on what I would like to do, having gone through the process at the beginning of the year and my performance in the Crossfit Open cemented some of my thinking.
My own nutrition diary just highlighted where I always seem to fall down.. I can't seem to consistently keep a good balanced diet. I regularly give in to sweet foods and cakes and then exercise hard to "forgive" this...
I need some help with this..
My last month has been really full on, with lots of external factors coming in to play, but I'm just about starting to get some routine back into my life.
The last month has involved finishing a job, starting a new job, putting my house on the market (and all the sifting, sorting and chucking of things that involves).
In addition with my new job, I have some travel and time away from home, so I have had to organise extra training options and accommodation. All in all a really busy time, but also the opportunity for a fresh take on my training.
I'll be writing more regularly and posting more on my main Instagram feed, next post will be more details about my choice on nutrition strategy!
